AKC German Shepherd Puppies

History: My husband was raised with Shepherd's, after 10 years of falling in love with this breed myself, I decided to add to my program and offer you The Shepherds. I have searched carefully for the perfect pair, keeping in mind my goals in why I would raise these beautiful dogs. After research and falling in love with the history behind both American and German lines; I decided on crossing the two lines together. I feel that the outcome will be outstanding!

Our goal is to bred a puppy that is easy to train, the perfect family dog with an edge for protection and has the brain & skills to go and work when needed.

Naysa is a traditional American Show Line German Shepherd. Both Sire and Dam are Champions. Her Pedigree is stacked with 17 Champions in four generations. And are still showing in the AKC showring now.

Balbosa is from German Working Lines and his Grandparents were born in Germany. His pedigree is long and impressive, this is where the working dog ethics come to play.

If using pay pal 3.5% fees will be added to cost of puppy.

Deposit is deducted from price of puppy. Deposit is non- refundable, but transferable to another puppy or dog. All sales are final once puppy is paid in full, we do not give refunds if you change your mind.

The Shepherds Health Guarantee

I guarantee my puppies and dogs to be in good health and free from obvious defects to the best of my knowledge. All dogs and puppies are up to date on immunization and worming appropriate for its age. All puppies being shipped will be vet checked before going to their new homes a health certificate will be provided. Any puppy found to have defects may be adopted and as pet quality with limited registration. If a life threatening defect or illness is found the puppy will not be sold. If the puppy is reserved and still in possession of seller, the buyer will then have a chance to have deposit returned or a replacement puppy.

This Guarantee Covers:
Life threatening illness or life threatening genetic defect that would cause the puppy or dog to pass away found on the first visit with your veterinarian within 72hrs. Genetic defects that are life threatening and found on the first Vet visit within 72 hours of purchase, will be guaranteed for 12 months from dogs' birth date. After the puppy is 12 months old the guarantee has ended.

Should there be a life threatening defect that is covered by this guarantee, the puppy will be exchanged with one of equal value when one and if one is available. Other arrangements may be made depending on circumstances. If Diva Dawgs/The Sheherds/ Miranda Frazier is out of buisness there is no guarantee. No refund or replacement will be made.

Terms for puppy replacement or refund are as follows:
1. Contact me the day of your vet visit (within 72 hrs. of puppy purchase) and inform me of the problem. If no answer, please leave a message, an email may be sent but must be sent in two hours from Vet visit, receipts must be provided by your Vet.
2. Provide written proof from your vet as the nature of the problem. Include x-rays, charts and records.
3. Return the animal alive and in same condition as when it was purchased within 24 hours of notification. More time may be allowed depending on distance and travel conditions, all travel and shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Bring back all registration papers with the dog. This guarantee is void if papers are not returned.
5. My vet will examine the puppy and if he does not agree with your vet's diagnosis, he will confer with him or her as necessary. Upon my vet visit we will contact you and decide what to do then.
6. If puppy has passed the Vet visit but dies unexpectedly. You must arrange with your Vet for an autopsy, and returned to me for my vet to conduct an exam as well. If after hours puppy or dog must be placed in freezer for a good autopsy to be performed and conclusion of why the puppy died.

This Guarantee Does Not Cover:
Diarrhea, coccidiosis, or wormy stools. These are easily treated if detected early. Every effort is made to sell dogs free of these problems, but this guarantee does not cover them should they be present.

Any dog diseases. If you choose to purchase your dog before shots are complete. This puppy has been given all the immunization and worming appropriate for it's age, and has been carefully protected from exposure to dog diseases. This guarantee does not cover a puppy illness or death due to puppy disease after the sale if you choose to purchase and ship your puppy before the shot set is complete. All receipts must be provied as proof from your Vet that your puppy has received proper immunization.
Please follow your puppy pack and Vet. instructions closely.

Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) is not covered.
This is a common problem among toy breeds, especially the tiny ones. It is extremely important that you watch for signs of this problem. BETTER yet avoid it all together. Please read the instructions in your puppy pack and follow them carefully. We recommend Nutri-Stat for the first 16 weeks of the puppy's life. Check with your Vet to see what he recommends.

We do not guarantee size, temperament, confirmation, color, hernias, inguinal or umbilical, over bite, under bite, undescended testicle or other minor problems. We do not guarantee that your dog is suitable for breeding. Every effort is made in our breeding program to avoid these problems, however, sometimes they are so far back in genetics that they could arise from time to time, this is an act of God and is out of our hands.

We do not cover tarter build up, tonsillitis, or any viral disease, like ringworm. These types of things could be picked up on the way home after purchase or at your Vet clinic.

All dogs are sold as Pet Quality.

To activate this agreement Diva Dawgs must have a signed copy of the purchase agreement (agreement paper work is provided by Diva Dawgs on company letter head) the same day you picked up your puppy or if shipping your puppy one week from delivery of your paper work, if out of state you must next day air paper work back to me by UPS or FedEx and provide me with tracking numbers, all shipping, freight or postage cost is paid by the buyer.

If you are not provided with signed agreement paper work at the time of puppy purchase, the puppy is being sold as is, with no guarantee. Please don't assume that your puppy has a guarantee because you read this on my site, always ask first.

Please note: Seller will not be responsible for Vet bills, shipping cost or any other expenses once the puppy has left my property and yes this includes mental stress.

Beau is a beautiful German Shepherd Puppy! I have been spending some time assessing his personality. I have found that Beau would be a very good candidate for personal protection, home protection or business protection. He has a high drive is very loyal always following me and right at my heels, but also very aloof to strangers, he has shown a lot of persistence which is a good quality for a guard dog.
